Loan Entries, Reclassification Entry (ST loan against LT loan)

Change the Accounting Date, so it can be posted by today

Balance Sheet: Pay attention on the ST loan and LT loan

Loan Journal Entry: ST Loan agains LT Loan and Interest

Change Date to today, then Posted

PnL report (pay attention on the Interest)

Balance Sheet (pay attention on adjusted ST Loan and LT Loan)

Auto Reconcile when Bank Mutation related to Loan is created

Highlight: Reconcile Rule, Bank Mutation

Balance Sheet

• After Payment, Bank Balance is decreased, the amount is offset the amount in the ST Loan

Next Day

• The Reversal of the Previous one will be posted

• Pay attention on the CoA, from ST Loan to LT Loan

• Look at the Balance sheet, the ST Loan amount is gone, moved to LT

NB: Change the Date if you want to posted now

Cancelling Loan

• Will Delete all the Posted Detail Loan Entries.

• The Bank Payment (Bank Journal Entries) will not be affected

• The Bank Balance is not changing (100k - installment)

• The LT Loan is still intact (100k)

• The ST Loan has the amount of installment

Close Loan Will Cancel all Draft Entries
