1. Pada tanggal tertentu (misal akhir tahun, maupun akhir bulan) cek jumlah (Previous Years maupun Current Year) Unallocated Earnings

2. Buat Journal Entry tipe MISC untuk memindahkan dari Unallocated Earnings ke Retained Earnings

Bila "Unallocated Earnings" nya POSITIF, maka taruh di Debit

Chart of an Account	Debit	Credit
99999900 Undistributed Profits/Losses	XX,XXX.XX
XXXXXXXX Equity type of Account		XX,XXX.XX

Bila "Unallocated Earnings" nya NEGATIF, maka taruh di Credit

• Previous Year Retained Earning dapat menggunakan 31510010 Past Profit & Loss

• Current Year Retained Earning dapat menggunakan 31510020 Ongoing Profit & Loss
